Fighting for Fighters: Supporting Domestic Violence Survivors

This post is definitely different than my others, as it is a simple message to ask you for your help and support!

I have started a pledge campaign supporting women experiencing domestic violence, past and present. To see the full campaign and to gain more information, click the link below!

As you may have seen if you follow me on instagram, I took up boxing last year in April, initially to combat postpartum depression. I have truly gotten hooked on the sport and decided to train for a fight. My logic: if people can train and run marathons, why couldn't I fight (and win!) a boxing match?

My whole mission as a personal trainer is to help women feel confident and empowered through fitness, yet there's still billions of women I am unable to reach through my platform alone. That is why I have chosen the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence to support as I train towards my first match. I originally wanted to fight just for myself, but I realize not everyone has the finances or the family situation to just jump into a fitness program or boxing class, so I am using my training journey as a platform to raise money for a cause I believe in.

Boxing has been the extra push I needed that truly got me out of a very dark place. I am proud to be where I am today and my hope is to help as many women as I can to find their voice, to learn to be BOLD. I am quite literally fighting for women of domestic violence, all I ask is that if you support women's empowerment, domestic violence victims, boxing as a sport, or me personally, that you take time to read and share this campaign, even if you are unable to donate.

I will be sure to announce my fight date when it comes, and be sure to follow my training journey on my instagram @chloepufftraining as I fight my way to victory for women everywhere!

Thank you for your support.

Be bold. Be fit.
